Cavender toyota

Development of a new, two-story, 23,000-square-foot auto dealership after it’s demolition. The building's facade is made of synthetic stucco and aluminum composite panels. The second level has a conference room with a catering service area, fabric wall coverings, custom millwork, audiovisual equipment, and lighting. The showroom has wood ceilings, a coffee bar, a children's play area, and radiused walls. The project also featured unique features including electric car charging stations and air-conditioned new car delivery bays.
