The Healy-Murphy Child Development Center offers childcare services for infants and young children, primarily catering to parents enrolled in classes at the Healy-Murphy Center. The newly constructed Child Development Center, located on the Healy-Murphy Campus adjacent to the high school, aligns with the center's mission. To accommodate the 14,630-square-foot facility, the City of San Antonio's Office of Historic Preservation authorized the relocation of the existing historical residence on the site to a new location within the Dignowity Hill Historic District. The state-of-the-art building features 14 classrooms, a kitchen, and a padded artificial turf playground designed to encourage discovery-based play.
