trinity university northrup hall (Phase I)
The International Center and Marketing departments were renovated as part of Trinity University's Northrup Hall Phase I redevelopment. In addition to improving the north-south link between upper and lower campus and creating collaborative spaces that enhance student life, upgrades rethought the building's circulation and efficiency. By constructing two classrooms, offices, an engagement center, two kitchens, and many meeting rooms, Malitz Construction and the University set out to bring student life and relationships into the building. This remodeling provides a more modern, roomy space for staff to collaborate and for students to congregate, among other uses.
